REFUNDS & REPAIRS

  • If you are unsatisfied, please inform us before payment so adjustments can be made.
  • No refunds will be issued once you leave the salon.
  • Regular polish is not guaranteed.
  • Complimentary repairs are available within 10 days for issues such as chipping, lifting, or peeling.

After 10 days:
• No chip/Dip/Acrylic/Builder Gel: $5 per nail
• Gel-X Tip: $7 per nail *Does not includes design
• Please call ahead to schedule repair appointment.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

• Please secure your valuables, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

SALON ETIQUETTE

• To maintain a relaxing environment for all guests, please keep phone calls off speaker and at a low volume
• Children must be supervised at all times as we cannot ensure your child’s safety in the service area.

PRICING

• All listed prices reflect short and simple nail styles.
• Additional charges apply for length, shape and designs.
• Please confirm pricing with the technician before service begins.

COLOR SELECTION

• All color choices are the client’s responsibility
• Once cured, any changes will incur additional charges.
